All of these lottery emails are scams. The perpetrators will tell you that they are holding funds for you, but that you need to send them a processing fee in order to get the money released. They are lying. There are no funds being held for you. They will merely keep any money you send them and also try to commit identity theft with any of the personal or banking information you send to them. Do not respond to any emails of this sort.
